The Right Touch Auto Detailing

A full bottle of red wine broke in my trunk while on holiday in Nelson. I dropped by Right Touch hoping for an appointment within a couple days.. They took me right away and did an excellent job of removing every trace of the wine. They were friendly, courteous, helpful and did the job quickly and professionally. Their rate was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

Had my Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT detailed after a really messy summer of camping and it came back in beautiful condition - looking brand new! The owners were super friendly and knowledgeable and clearly loved their work. Their quote was transparent and accurate. Please understand, there is a difference between quality of work and quality of service.Upon booking of my appointment I informed the service agent that I had a budget of $250 due to a gift certificate that I had received. I was told this would be no problem and scheduled my service.After picking up my vehicle I was shocked to be confronted with a $500 bill that I had not agreed to at any time. All I was told by the service agent was this was the package you got" and "there are no notes about this so I cant help you" this is frankly unacceptable. Rule one of customer service is to ensure that you're not about to complete a service that has not been agreed to by both parties.During my frustrating encounter with this service rep at no point was there even an attempt at reaching a resolution. I do not believe that it should be the customers responsibility that you cannot maintain notes.Please understand

They did a decent job, but wow are they expensive. I used to get cars in much worse shape detailed in the big city for $175 which included exterior wash. This cost $280 + shop materials which ended up at over $340 for 4 hours of work after taxes. I don't remember paying as much for detailing as I do for my mechanic. Again, this is just my experience coming from a big city, maybe this is normal here. Giving 3 stars with some benefit of the doubt / out of context applied.

I come here for the 10$ exterior wash ( available in the winter ). Staff does a super good job & it's done indoors too.

Always a great place to visit. The expense is very reflected in the quality
