I’m highly dissatisfied with Rogers! (((Third outrage in the same week, and to get compensation for the time I’ve paid for but received no service due to Rogers’ failure to fulfill its obligations, I have to contact them after EACH outrage and beg for credits (although they definitely know the time and each client they failed to provide the service!)I’ll definitely change the provider!Please, never start using their Internet service! They promise a lot, but do not care about the service and clients! (((

Do NOT go with Rogers. Period. We finally gave up 15+ years later. Every single day I work from home and have to hotspot from Telus using my data because Rogers can't get it together. Literally every week had someone come out to unplug and plug in routers. Save your money and spend it elsewhere.

Was here for training. The trainer was very friendly and fun. Definitely didn't feel like she was this boring person who was just there to teach. I'm not from here ..was visiting for mandatory training for work..but this building is nice. Very secure, great lunch room with cafeteria..place to watch tv and more. We weren't able to travel the grounds much but seems like a great place to work.

Found out one of my favorite representatives that deals with me as a person not as a customer just got fired after one bad customer review.. after all the good he did for that company, one review got him fired... looks like I'm switching to Bell if that's how rogers treats their dedicated employees. He had a family to support...
