They gave me a price and i paid half before start/ all requested document I had to do a summary and excel sheet basically I prepare everything and organised them. However before filing the taxes they wanted to increase the price from 170 to 350$. They kept me on the hook till last minute. Very unprofessional.

I did not have a good experience doing my taxes at this place. The accountant did a mistake and I almost paid a ridiculous and unnecessary amount to CRA (CA$ 5.600). Fortunately I had time to fix the problem in another place and paid much less. The customer service is poor. You don't have chance to talk with the accountant, only with his assist. When I asked to talk to him about my income tax I was told that he was very busy and could not talk to me. Really? Also, they took 2 weeks to give me an answer regarding my taxes (came with mistake and they did not included medical expenses and other deductions to reduce the amount that I should pay to CRA). My new accountant did everything in front of me and answered all my questions.They don't care if you are paying a lot to CRA even if they know that is possible to reduce. If I would ask to calculate again my taxes to include RRSP, they would charge me 50$. Does not worth it". It was what I heard. When I realized that my taxes was incorrect and they would take forever to a new answer

Very professional they do my business accounting and personal accounting I have used their services for over 18 years and so far I haven't had any problems.

It's times like these I wish I could give no stars. They are not upfront about pricing. After having 5 years of taxes completed at their base price, my rate for this year increased by almost 30% without warning or explanation. The best I can get out of them, after weeks of prodding, is that they charged for 4 additional slips at $5/ slip. ACCORDING TO THE OWNER 4 X 5 = 25!! Multiple requests for a detailed receipt has fallen on deaf ears.
