I have visited a family member there several times and find the staff very caring and friendly. It is clean, bright and modern. The food is very good and when we were visiting at meal time we were welcome to stay and have dinner with our family. I am very happy to know my SIL is in a safe and inclusive home.

Have never been in contact with them in any way yet they mailed me my name and address a flyer about living at the Walford. Did not ask or give any of my info. I find that intrusive being directly mailed to me and won't deal with any business that does that.
