Took a Hino lease in for a no start reefer issue. Called to say it was fixed the next day. If wasn't fixed. Left in a rental. Was called two days later saying the truck was working. Same issue, it wasn't working and wasn't tested before the receptionist called me. Receptionist was caring and felt bad for the runaround, otherwise I would have given them one star. After a full week with the rental I was called saying multiple items were replaces and the unit was tested properly before I picked it up - and it worked!

If you rent trucks you know Ryder has the inventory and support network to never leave you stuck. Even the older trucks run smooth. Also their fuel surcharge isn't bad, when I'm in a rush, a refueling stop can be costly! Not cheap though, but do you want cheap when you need the truck?

Since the first second I started talking with Andrew, he was amazing. He made me feel good about me choosing Enterprise and the way he handle the call was great. He was very professional and very helpful. He was also very knowledgeable and he explained everything very well. Also Tabatha was great when I went to pick up the truck. She explained everything and she was very friendly and professional. When I dropped the tuck Andrew received us with a very warm welcome and he made sure we were happy with the truck rental. All the team was great and we highly recommend this place to anyone.

The people are nice and respectful but when it comes to reliability they never had any when it came to our needs. reservations do not mean much to them and when they do not have the truck you need when you have reserved it, there will be no phone call to tell you and you will find out day of unless you call the evening before.
