Some employees are helpful. The mailing area is often not staffed enough. The front end cashiers are generally very friendly. They are usually well stocked.

The girl with pimples behind the solutions desk hates her job and makes customers feel like they are a burden. I only had one file to print and I did not feel welcome at all. Maybe she was having a bad day but customer service shouldn’t suffer to this extent.

Yried to drop a parcel off to ship. People behind the counter were beyond lethargic. Took forever and didn't get it done after all that. Very disappointing

GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! the girl behind the counter completely ignored me when i asked her to cancel my order and didn’t even tell me if she did it or not. When i called earlier that day the lady who answered the phone had no clue what I was talking about either. Also, staples should tell you how long some items are gonna take because why the hell are they taking 5 days for a measly 10page photo album? thanks for letting your customers know.

I really had a good experience with the staples so far now . The staffs are helpful and kind and mainly the lady with the blond hair there in printing section she really help me a lot. when i had a bad experience with printing back then (i got 26 printed papers blank) and then she got the whole new 26 papers she really helps out a lot shout out to her !

I went in to print a photo off of a USB drive. They had some technical difficulties for a little while, I don't think it was anything that was their fault. Eventually, we got the photo printed, however it was larger than expected, again, not their fault. Overall, a pleasant visit, even if not what was expected.

Staples is the most redicules store with gift cards. You can buy gift cards but don't expect to ever use them for what you want online. You can't use them for anything. I have tried to us them for a computer which is online order only and they can't even order that computer for me in store so I can us the cards to pay for it. They are the worst company for customer service and there system is so out dated and useless. I would never buy a staples gift card anyone because they get my money and the person I would give the card to would never be able to use it.

I routinely visit this store for shipping services and also to review current product trends and I'm always very happy at how well stocked and laid out the store is. It is always clean and I would say fairly inviting for customers and they also handle ink cartridge and toner cartridge and electronics recycling.

The staff member who offered me help was so friendly. While I was just browsing for a new chair, he stepped away so I didn't feel like he was hovering, but checked in again to see if I needed anything.
