A bit hard to find, but worth it. The staff were very efficient. I got my passport pics in no time at all. I thought the price ($14) was fair.

Staff is friendlyThe location is not accurate as it takes you to the storage store instead of the Plaza.The franchise doesn't allow you to get a digital version for free. Also, the place is inside UPS and doesn't have a clear sign for the store.It is costly, $10 for two pictures only.

This place is a rip off. They charged me $15 for 2 passport photos and $10 extra for e-photo. All other places charge $6-7 for 2 photos.

They need to work on their customer service. I asked for a digital copy of my pictures and they asked for another 10$ for it reason being they are a franchise. I asked them to give my feedback that most stores provide digital copies over email - I was told I was the only customer who had this feedback and it didn't make sense. Lol
