I had the gas line hooked up from Hometown Heating for my new gas stove . They were very professional and kept me notified of the process involved . My technician arrived on time and was more than helpful with any questions I had. Will certainly recommend to others. A pleasure to work with.

I can't say enough good things about this place and the staff. Anytime I call with a problem they are quick to answer the phone and offer a solution. Specifically Tom. He genuinely seems to like to help, and never seems bothered. Very satisfied with this service! I would highly recommend!

Updated: It was discovered a miscommunication happened due to factors out of everyone's control. Owner has been very forthcoming with efforts to put this right and we accept and appreciate their efforts. We will be giving them another opportunity to work for us and we hope to see the quality service they have shown in the past.When we moved into our home in 2013 we used Hometown Heating and they were amazing. Prompt, called back right away and were on the ball for emergencies. Unfortunately lately we've had no shows, no calls back, no quotes. This past weekend we had our furnace fail. We called in the emergency on Thursday. They came on Friday morning to check the furnace. They said likely it would need to be replaced but they would call that afternoon and let us know if the repair was possible and a quote for replacement. We never heard back. It's January and while it has been mild it is still below freezing and the house gets cold quickly. Being an old home with older wiring, space heaters are limited. I would understand if they called and said they couldn't do the job. An old dirt basement sucks as a workspace. But no, no calls, no messages, just ghosted. We did call another company when it became clear that they weren't going to get back to us, as has become their norm lately. Fortunately the new company was able to replace our furnace on Tuesday and we now have heat. It's sad that Hometown Heating has dropped the ball lately, we liked them very much but being without heat for 5 days and not even a courtesy call with a quote or to reject the job after saying they would call back with a quote is unacceptable in January. Hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Cynthia was very helpful in providing us with same day service and made every step of our transaction seamless. Our AC was back up and running in no time thanks to Brad's expertise. All around reliable and honest service from Hometown Heating :)

The whole team is professional, efficient, knowledgeable and they genuinely care about the quality of customer service they deliver. Phone calls were responded to quickly, the install team put drop cloths down when they came in the house, minor install issues were resolved same day and personal instruction on using the new thermostat was appreciated!

The staff arrived at the expected time for a new furnace install and everything was completed by noon hour and tested and working. The unit was ordered a few weeks ago and due to holiday time for me it was installed after my return. The admin staff Cynthia and the installers Brad and several others were very professional and worked fast to remove and set up the new unit. I would be glad to recommend their work and have been well pleased with the service in an emergency as well. The quote for the new install was very comprehensive and immediately provided with options and detail as well as repair costs and implications for a 21 year old furnace by Tom Polite. I recalled another detail that was offered and it was incorporated in my final billing with no difficulty. I appreciated the support of the whole team !
