Thank you Kevin for helping us by a fridge. We were burned by a different local competitor but we stopped by, bought a fridge and took it home that same day. Will definitely be back!!!

The delivery was a challenge getting the furniture in in our house. Delivery guys were patient, polite, hard working, and didn’t give up. They were wore masks and gloves. We bought the furniture just as the Covid crisis exploded. The store was very patient with us and did a great job of accommodating us through this. Sales people were helpful and let us shop at our pace. Furniture is good quality, comfortable, and just what we wanted. Pricing was good. Really good store that focuses on taking care of the customer.

Terrible experience from start to finish. We gave Bridge Interiors every opportunity to do the right thing. They declined. All they care about is their bottom line. If you are looking for home furnishings you should look elsewhere.

Large selection. Nice furniture, can be costly, if your looking for discount furniture go elsewhere. Staff is friendly and professional. I like how they aren't following you around and hounding you like at other furniture stores.

My partner and I furnished the entirety of our condo through Bridge Interiors. The selection of quality, Canadian-made furniture is impressive, and the prices were very reasonable. We were especially pleased with Sheri's friendly and helpful customer service! Despite a very busy black Friday sale, she took the time to answer all of our questions, and even stayed after hours to help us finish all the paperwork. Thank you for helping us put together our first home!

Great store, very helpful with getting my new bedroom furniture. Prices are good and they carry canadian made products! Will be returning here to make any of my furniture purchases in the future. Thanks for the great experience guys!

Always a pleasurable experience when shopping at Bridge Interiors. The sales staff are friendly informative and not aggressive. They carry a tremendous selection and well displayed merchandise you would expect. Feels good to shop local!

I called today asking where I could order a part for my cooktop that I had purchased from them in 2007. They looked up my purchase found the model and serial number and they contacted their supplier. They called me back within a few minutes and gave me the name of the distribution centre that handles the parts. Very fast and pleasant experience excellent service.

Above and beyond is an understatement. We've had a vacation rental for about 10 years and have used Bridge interiors for a couple of items, always happy with their consistent, reliable service but certainly not a fantastic customer for them dollars wise. We had no idea how great they really are though, until we found ourselves with a broken hideabed in the busiest month of the year for our rental! This one month carries the condo for a large majority of the year so this is a big deal. We had known the hideabed was on its way out, so had ordered a new one a few weeks back but were awaiting its arrival, when the hideabed broke to an unusable point, unexpectedly. Bridge Interiors came to our rescue, figuring out a short term solution for us, for NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE, that saved us from losing tenants for the rest of the month. I'll just repeat that we had already bought our sofa, they were not doing this to get another sale out of us, the sale was made, nor are we big ticket customers for them. They did this AFTER the fact, when they had absolutely nothing in it for them. There is so much to be said about working with professionals that are trusted in their industry throughout Western Canada (maybe beyond even?) and treat their customers like gold. Thanks so much you guys, you really took a lot of stress off in that moment, but also stopping a short cash situation for the rest of the year on that property. You have our deepest gratitude - thank you, thank you!
