Staples carries a ton of different products and thier prices are decent. Most locations have great staff working for them but this one... Not so much. Not sure if the store deals with a lot of shoplifting or if they just like following you around watching your every move but it was quite annoying. It's not even like they asked if I needed help, they just follow you around, creeping at you. This is the first I have ever dealt with this before in my 35 years on earth. Staff at the cash were great but the rest... I don't even know what to say. If they are supposed to be loss prevention, they need training.

Had to drop off a return to eBay and it had to be threw DHL, well closest DHL drop off is Ancaster, so I Google's Staples and BAM they take DHL shipments. So I sent it away.

Staples untilsonburg is very handy you can drop your Parcels off for three different carriers I'm trying to think of all of them but one is Purolator, FedEx and there's one other one also if you need any copies done the people will help you the staff was very friendly a great start to buy your latest gadgets and things that you need.

Over several years I have purchased 2 computers, 3 printers and a lot of supplies from this store. I will never go back. Had to deal with a employee there today that was terrible at customer service. Would not listen to try understand that all I wanted was their website. She just was focussed on being right and I had to listen. Just a poor and silly employee that just lost that store a customer that has spend a few thousand dollars at that store.

Staff has always been great here, but I wanted to give a special review on Hannah and Gabby. There were some issues with systems that caused a delay on printing my photos, and I actually didn't get any of my second submitted order, but when I came in to inquire, they were very apologetic and promptly looked into it and within minutes my order was processed. Thanks so much!

I needed a new office chair and got to the store close to closing time. The staff member who helped me was very friendly, knowledgeable and didn't make me feel like I was inconveniencing him at all. I even suggested I'd come back another day since it was getting so close to close, but he made us feel like it was no trouble at all. Very impressed with the polite demeanor and customer service level from this store.
