My first time here and l'll definitely make my appointments at this clinic. my Podiatrists was amazing, Joyce was knowledgeable, caring, no looking at her watch, all around genuine person. Not to forget reception (sorry don't remember her name), excellent customer skills, who also was very a genuine personal.

Dr. Joyce is very careful to explain the steps she is taking throughout procedures. She has excellent bedside manner and is very empathetic towards her patients. I’m so happy I went to her for my toenail surgery-she answers every question and even provided her personal phone number in the event that I need anything or have more questions. Thank you Dr. Joyce & staff for your professionalism!

Tri-City Foot and Orthotics Clinic
Joyce was amazing! She was very professional and empathetic. I had told her about my terrible experience of removing the in-grown nail at the hospital last summer, and the pain that came along with it. She ensured the toe was completely frozen and checked in with me at all times. I even got nauseous during the procedure and she provided me some juice which definitely helped. Would definitely recommend her to anyone!
