Sacred Compass Journey

My experiences of the Sound Journey events held at Sacred Compass Journey are always incredibly profound and healing for me. Karen and Sundance hold a beautiful and safe container as they invite you to open your heart with a cup of cacao before they guide you through a series of high frequency sounds with gongs, crystal bowls, drum, voice and other instruments. My first time going to their Sound Journey resulted in a full kundalini awakening so now I attend as much as I can because they’re moving serious energy with an unmatched array of sound therapy instruments!
