The massage is very comfortable, and the masseur is professional, which can relieve my fatigue; the environment is quiet and warm, and the music is relaxing.

I love coming here and am a proud regular. Phenomenal reflexology with Cici and another staff member whose name I can’t recall. The massage is great too, although be very clear if you prefer a lighter pressure massage, like I do.It’s not a typical spa experience, but service is excellent, booking is easy, and the price is great.

My first and last experience with this spa...I asked the therapist multiple times to reduce the pressure but she kept the same pressure throughout the back message period. Rest was fine.While leaving, she forced me to tip. On denying, she uttered bad words and cursed me, which is really disrespectful.Furthermore, she even asked me to visit the ATM to bring the cash(despite the snow outside) and then tip her. It was a private ATM with a fee of 3.99CAD, so I thought not to take the cash out.The overall experience was very unpleasant. Ignoring the spa session, the payment part was highly dissatisfactory.I will never visit this spa again and will not recommend it to anyone.

I was skeptical going in, but wanted to try something new and I was VERY pleased with my decision to book the 1 hour foot and 1 hour full body massage. I would have given this 5 stars, but the building was quite run down and smelled a bit funny, but the masseuse I had was wonderful! You could tell she cared and was very practised with what she does. And you cannot beat the price!!Will go back the next time I’m in TO

Amazing service! My therapist was absolutely wonderful. I really felt her care, empathy, and skill throughout the process. Everyone was very nice there as well.

EDIT: She has already had an appointment with Mimi so it makes no sense that she was not informed at all about the need for an RMT therapist. When she booked the appointment why wasn’t she informed that she could not see Mimi? Instead of telling her over the phone she was instead surprised in person in an professional manner. There is no need to make excuses for your miscommunication. Just apologize and acknowledge that you could have been clearer and act as an medical professional in an informed manner.My great aunt was rudely greeted when she arrived for her appointment with Mimi that she specifically booked. She has always done her massages with Mimi so she understands her medical history. She was told by Mimi to go to the room and prepare for the appointment. The owner then came into the room and said that she would instead take the appointment without considering my aunts wishes and insisted on it. My aunt could see that Mimi was instead greeting a last minute male client who did not have an appointment. It made no sense that my aunt specifically booked it with someone and instead got another practitioner that she didn’t book with. After the appointment they pressured her to tip them and insisted her to tip more, even when this is not standard practice for this service. Very DISAPPOINTED in this treatment of their clients! We will not be supporting them.

I had great experience with this Spa. I was attended by a nice lady. Very friendly and highly accommodating. Exceptional customer service. Highly recommended. The only problem is there is no shower. But it's Ok.
