I have just purchased an amazing solid vehicle from Grande Prairie Honda. I’m very happy with my purchase & I absolutely love it. My experience was excellent by all staff members from Gabe the salesman & Adam the Assistant Manager & Carrie in Finance. Even though I live in Edmonton, they were very helpful & answered any questions I had, to make things smooth & efficient once I arrived to finalize the sale. They even went above & beyond & did some extra things to ensure I was happy & satisfied which I appreciated very much. Thanks guys for an all round great job!

GP Honda powersports service was amazing. Performed some true quality service to my 1998 Honda Valkyrie. I got quotes elsewhere and I didn’t have time to get a quote here, but without playing that game my final bill was under what the other dealership/shops had quoted me. I will one 100% be back and plan on also getting my next bike through these folks!!

I visited GP Honda a few months ago due to my radio problem. But then they found my power steering problem with the oil leaks, a classic problem for old cars like my old grandpa Honda Pilot 2008". It made a barking sound at all times. Brandon was the one who did a quick inspection and diagnosed that problem. He gave me a quote right away and ordered the parts that need for my car. I came back yesterday

Bought a new 3000 with remote, put 20 hours on it, took it back for repair, 400 bucks later, I take it to the cabin and within 15 hours of use the same thing is happening. I won't be dealing with Northgate ever again. Pathetic. I will take this opportunity to say I took my generator back to the Honda dealer, and this time they fixed it, at no charge, and delt with a very pleasant lady behind the counter, I felt helped this time.I believe in my honda products, as I own 3 honda generators and 2- 1999- 450 foreman quads, which I trust with my life. They never let me down. So this won't change my mind about honda. And the staff at Northgate made me feel like I was important this trip. Keep up the good work, and I will be a repeat customer.Thanks Honda. Wes

I had my car booked in at 7:30am for an oil change/maintenance, when I called to book I was told it would be done by 8:30am. On the day of when I hadn’t received a call that it was finished by 8:45am I called and was told that their tech doesn’t start work until 8:30am so there was no way for my car to be done at 8:30. I was told a call centre handles their calls/appointment bookings so I understand that it must have been a miscommunication on their end, but it was still very frustrating as I had planned to only be about 20 mins late for work but ended up being an hour and a half late since my car wasn’t finished until 9:30am. Everyone I’ve dealt with in person at the dealership is super great, but this was still a pretty irritating situation.

Don't get your car serviced by them. First of all the car is only in my name but they only put down my husband's number despite me asking them to add mine. So when they had to cancel my appt they left a message with him. Brought it in and they said oh ya or tech is out with covid we'll call you to reschedule. They never called. Next time I brought it in I asked them to call to update me on my car before doing anything. The only call I got was from the shuttle driver telling me they were on their way to pick me up. Got there and they told me what part needs replaced. Was told they'd call around and get a quote and time frame of when I could get it fixed. I asked for a time for the call since they have a history of not calling. I was told that was before this person worked there and they always call back. Yup you guessed it. They never called. It was only after they charged $300 that we were told we didn't need to bring our car to them to use our warranty and their tech doesn't know diesels very well so we'd be better taking it elsewhere to get that part fixed. Upon further investigation we found out the diagnosis we got was just a guess cuz the tech didn't know enough for a proper diagnosis. Now if we take it anywhere else, which we will, they'll have to do their own diagnosis. So $300 later we're no closer to being able to drive the car they sold us less than a year ago.

Manager tells me one thing part’s tells me another and owner doesn’t stand by what they said. 3 lies in 2 hrs and wouldn’t give me parts under warranty poorest people ever go to any other place they don’t stand by their product
