I have to be honest. Since they changed the two receptionist in front, this clinic is a charm. They are smiling now, welcoming and helping when you need help. The doctors in this clinic are all competent and my family doctor in this clinic is the best I ever had. I recommend this place with no hesitation. Don't look at the reviews that are more than 6 months, things have changed for the better in this place.

You know, sometimes we complain about minor things but this clinic is a big one. Doctors are nice but receptionists are the worst ever and they have been like that for years no matter who they hire. Whoever is in charge of the HR is definitelly horrible at it.

Absolutely disgusting, rasist service. After i've been asked a question, over the phone, whether or not I speak french, i've been put on hold and they hang up after. I've tried calling 3 times same thing happened, they are telling me to wait and hang up after a minute without getting back to me. They have an automated voice services saying every member is important and shall be treated with respect" ya

They are professional. I am an English speaking woman. They treat me with respect. Wonderful environment. I agree, it has gotten so much better since they changed the receptionist.

clinique barely deserves 0.25 of a star. horrible receptionist service, that is if you even get to speak to one. Almost impossible to get an appointment with your doctor. phone access: pure headache. pay the 50$ and go to Ottawa, avoid this clinique if you can

Usually the reception is nice but today they transfer me to someone it was horrible . First my doctor have been in leave for about a year now . I call for my son that’s turning two and it’s like she have no time to talk, she basically told me to go somewhere else i didn’t even get option where if someone else was available in the next two weeks. I ask for a phone number for the one she told me to call ,she told me to check only . I felt so frustrated. It was horrible

Not being able to see my family doctor for a couple of years. They did not even offered a replacement. I just saw a nurse a couple of times and they ask me to go somewhere else, in many other occasions.Recently, we received a letter that the family Doctor does not work anymore and we can use the service in this clinic until September. And guess what? No nurse or doctor availability for this duration.I am so disappointed.(My family Doctor was great anyways).
