Motion came and moved my sister's ceiling lift from one apartment to another. I arranged the service call with Krisel and she was extremely professional and helpful. The technicians who came to do the work were Cameron and Saji and they were also really great. They took the time to walk through the placement of the track with me on FaceTime because i couldn't be there in person. I'm really impressed with their service!

The service coordinator Shadnamjit was very polite and helpful in setting up several appointments to repair my wheelchair. She explained the fee structure very carefully and followed up after to make sure I was happy with the service. The technician Dragan was very competent and good about explaining what he was doing and he completed the work in a timely manner. I would definitely use their repair service again.

I am more than happy to share my experience with motion. I lost a cord to the electronic wheelchair and it has been a long time to find it. I contacted motion and spoke to k r i s e l. KRISEL and Heather also management and technicians that finally found this cord that is so precious. Kindness is so very important in our lives and to be treated nicely. I am absolutely delighted today they located the precious cord. Business is so very contingent on how we treat one another and I'm so grateful to write this review because respect and integrity is everything. The company returned my Gmail response amongst photos and pictures to locate this cord. It was all so time-consuming for the company. Every phone conversation I had with this company was positive and encouraging they would do everything they could to assist finding the cord. Shubnam helped my father when arrived there. She was very professional and polite. She was able to set up his appointment and help answer his questions. Overall made it a very easy and pleasant experience. Thank you again!

I have experienced the worst customer service from this location. My sister is their client from 2018 and they were good in the beginning but now they do not care at all. I had to call 12 times for them to pick my call and say they cannot provide service and I should go to their other location which is too far for my sister. The service lady is so rude and unprofessional when I explained our situation she said it is not her problem and everybody got their own life issues to tackle. I recommend people to go to other companies where they actually care about clients and understand their problems. I got the service from Macdonalds in just two days.

I arrived about 20mins early at Motion for an appointment to have wheelchair repairs and I was served by the technician, Gelu, very quickly. He went over the work to be done and offered suggestions. All good and done! Shab, the receptionist, was very kind to re-schedule my first appointment and fit me in at my convenience. All members of the front staff are very NICE!

Extremely poor service and astronomical fees. Had diagnostic check up done multiple times for the same issue due to poor organization.

I've been a customer for over 2 years now, ever since Selcare was bought out, by that conglomerate who doesn't care about the average independent client. My Rep from Motion has been a God sent, she has worked her magic to get my powerchair fixed the next day or within days at the latest after my wheels were blown out by broken glass or metal shavings that ignorant left on the road and sidewalk. She is very professional in her job and works closely with my Home Health OT, when I am required to deal with the ministry.Their mobile tech is the nicest, smartest and most professional I've ever had to deal with.They are one of the country's largest mobile medical supply shops in Canada, but unfortunately, they only have the one fully functioning store in Burnaby; but thankfully they just bought/opened a shop in Langley and it will be in full service mode like Burnaby as soon as possible.

RILS (Care facility for people with disabilities) has been working with motion for years and they've always been very accommodating to our requests and needs. Their staff and techs are nice and easy to talk to. Shout out to Krisel Quitalig! their Customer Service Coordinator... she's been very helpful, patient, and kind and knowledgeable and has been an automatic go to person for us if we need anything!

I have been with Motion for the last 15 years; it is the best with great service and great customer care. All of the staff members which include, Ryan, Mike, Michelle, Shabnamjit & Krisel are amazing and helpful. Thank You to you all, greatly appreciated.
