Had been coming here for years, new owner took over, hasn’t been the same. Staff is not knowledgeable and made an error while doing a water test and caused our pool to go green.

I had a great experience at Sunshine LeisureScapes! The workers were kind, helpful, and tested my water very quickly as I was in a rush! JP, one of the workers, gave me excellent, well timed service and feedback. He was very helpful and knowledgeable with an overall great attitude!

Called yesterday to order parts for Polaris pool cleaner. The woman I spoke to assured me she’d call immediately & get parts availability and call back. I haven’t received any reply since and purchased parts elsewhere.

Poor experience. Went in and spoke with Taylor regarding an above ground pool. Was supposed to receive a quote later that day. It's been over a week, left 4 msgs (told she was on her lunch break several times), no call back or email. Not a big deal, I found another place today that was able to give me a quote right away, and placed the order. I'll never waste my time here again though.

Landon and Josh were fantastic in removing and replacing our pool liner. Quick and professional and the installation is done right. Very friendly and took the time to answer all the questions I had.
