Terrible service!! Booked an appointment with Dr. Alara as a new patient and after the appointment she told me that she would not be accepting me as a patient of hers because I am “too complicated” and she would need to put too much effort into me because I haven’t had a family doctor for about 2 years. Told me to return to a nurse practitioner, not even a doctor, from before COVID and that was the best she could do for me. What a waste of time!!

May be the worst doctor experience I have ever been through. Scheduled a meet & greet with Dr Camilleri - booked a half day off work, made the drive for the in-person appointment (since phone appointments no longer offered), arrived early, filled out the forms - and was very excited to meet her. As soon as she walked in, I was immediately grilled about why I had a meet & greet with another doctor at the clinic in the summer of 2022 - I was accused of “doctor shopping” and spent the entire visit forced to defend why I didn’t move forward with the other doctor. Not that it should matter, but it was because of how she answered my questions about her approach to mental health care. Dr Camilleri couldn’t have cared less about me as a potential patient. What an absolute waste of my time and tax dollars. Reminder: just because there is a family doctor shortage, doesn’t mean you should ever settle for less than a safe, supportive and professional environment. It’s not “doctor shopping” to have several meet & greets with doctors to find the right fit for your health care needs.

My appointmet to meet my new family doctor, Dr. Alara, went smoothly. The staff was pleasant, the doctor was efficient and kind. All forms were completed in a smooth manner. I was pleased to be a patient at the clinic.

I am new to this walk in clinic. I had an appointment which was promptly handled and saw Dr Camalleri. She was very efficient and listened to what I had to say. She took immediate action to start to get a referral for me. My experience was all positive. Thank you Dr. Receptionist was friendly, and on top of her game. I am happy to have a good Dr so close to home.

Having not had a family doctor in a very long time, I was very happy to hear they were accepting new patients. The staff are great, and Dr. Lisa Camilleri is fantastic. You could not ask for a better doctor!

Walk-in lab tests now require an appointment - even though no one else was there.. no service. Waste of time. Used to be better.

They call themselves walk in clinic but don’t take walk-ins. Their standard excuse everyday is that the walk-in doctor is off today. Why do you call yourself walk-in clinic. Pathetic!

Walked in, one person in waiting room. Receptionist demanded a rapid test before anyone would see me. Quite rude. Went to another walk in and was seen right away with no issues.

Atrocious treatment of patients at this location.This is our nearest walk-in clinic. We’ve tried to see a doctor twice with no luck. Both times we waited at an empty front desk for 30 minutes, only to be greeted by an apathetic secretary telling us that no one is available and that we should just go somewhere else.Both times we had our sick child with us and we experienced zero compassion or care. Do yourself a favour and skip your visit to this clinic.0/10, do not recommend.

My doctor is great, it's the receptionist service that is the issue. It's a pain to set up an appointment, it can take many calls and voicemail attempts. Some times it works out alright though.
