Noisette by Olivia (No storefront. Pre-order only)

Picked up a strawberry cookie, honey yuzu sablé, and a miso/chocolate chip/nut cookie at a recent market and was super impressed by how delicious everything was! Will definitely be seeking out more cookies at the next market date :)

Tried the ginger molasses cookie (purchased at Aperture coffee bar on broadway) and it was the best ginger cookie I've had in Vancouver. Soft and thick with a piece of candied ginger and pearl sugar on top! The perfect coffee break treat :)

Finally got to try the goodies from here. Ordered the spring cookie box and Olivia was more than accommodating when we wanted to add more to our order.Yummy and tasty baked goods. Raspberry shortbread and the honey graham fox were my favs but the canele was good too.

Easily the most delicious cookies you’ll ever taste :)

Bought a few cookies at the Etsy Pop Up Spring Market. Their colours and unique flavors caught my eye! Had the Blueberry Lavender Shortbread, Raspberry Shortbread with Crystallized Rose Petals, and a Tree Hugger (plant based). They were moist and not dry. The lavender and raspberry flavors were pronounced and the creativity in flavors was appreciated. The Tree Hugger was alright, but would probably skip it in the future. Their treats were $3.75 to $4.50 each, which is slightly high but expected at markets and from independent, more innovative shop owners. Would like to try more of their gourmet cookies next time around!

Everything I ordered was so lovely and scrumptious! The flavors are very sophisticated and well balanced, and I can tell there was a lot of love that went into the preparation. My favourite from the assorted box would have to be the salted caramel or dark chocolate. And the caneles - I would say the best in the city, next to Thierry. I'm the type of person that loves a carmelized crunch, so the outer shell was baked perfectly for me. Thanks Olivia!
