Jack,I think you are a very cool man. I am going to write about this on your website so that people will know it also. I read one guys comments about you putting alien on his house after not being paid and he complained that you didn't warn him that you were going to do that but as he sold the house, you had no choice. You should have warned him but if you can't reach him, it's pretty hard to do. But that was still his mistake for not keeping his agreement with you. You are not a bank. You have no fault there. I like dealing with you. You are friendly, do what you say and your prices are competitive, now after seeing your workmanship. I have no doubts about that. I gave you a reasonable job to do for me, and in return, when I ask for something extra, like a railing on my staircase, you say it is for free, thrown in as part of the package. Nobody does that. I had a quote from someone else at $250 for that job, and you just do it for me as a favour, a freebee. Wow!!I am putting this letter on your site. We can add a photo of your work to your site after. You are a good businessman and definitely someone I would use again.Robert
