excellent service - convenient email updates when dry cleaning is ready for pickup - great shoe repair as well. I had them clean 3 pairs of suede shoes that had been beaten up by the Calgary winter. A couple pairs also required new heels. They were cleaned up beautifully and I was very happy with the results. The price was much better than a new pair of shoes!

The quality of alteration is really not that great. The craftsmanship need some improvement, especially for the prices you charge

This review is for the the tailor that works here on site. What an amazing human being. Friendly and extremely talented. Took my last minute tuxedo alter and adjusted it to fit exactly the way I needed it to, as a last minute request too. Would gladly give them my business again.

First tried them because of a promo I got with my building and they are now my go-to when I am in town.My suit always comes back looking great and their repair work is top-notch.

I have used Fishmans for years however they lost 5 shirts. They returned the delivery bag but, not the shirts (and billed me to clean the bag). it is now almost 2 months later and they still have done nothing.

My winter coat came back bright and clean and my boots needed repair to the strap and sole and were beautiful, solid and shined up. The wash and fold service is affordable and I stuffed so many sheets and towels in there, I left it outside and the black bag is so solid, I trusted it would hold everything. When I got the bag returned back to my home a week later, it was folded so nicely, in a big plastic bag lining the black bag. The laundry didn't smell like that dry cleaner smell. Really neutral smell to all items laundered. What a treat to use Fishman's for so many cleaning/repair applications to my shoes and clothes and bedding. Thanks Sheldon!

Good service and result except they leave these bar code stickers on my trousers near the zip fly and they are impossible to take off. When you try to peel it, it also rips off parts of the wool fabric on my pants.

I have been a Fishman's customer since 1998 when I moved back to Calgary and have always had great service. The quality has been top notch and has improved (hard to believe, but true) since they switched to solvent free cleaning. The never miss pick-up and delivery service is such a convenience as well. I'd give them more stars if I could!
