Purchased a set of bar stools at this location - a week later I called the store to get some information on the return policy as we decided to purchase a different model somewhere else. The girl who answered the phone did not know the return policy put me on hold and 5 minutes later the line cut. I tried calling back a number of times and always got the voicemail. Finally using a different phone number I was able to connect with her again and she said she would have to put me on a 5 minute hold as she was very busy and did not know the return policy. After waiting 10 minutes on hold I gave up and contracted customer service to find out that all sales are final. We are very disappointing as when you are buying small things like this you never know if they will look good until you bring them home. Also check your prices as other stores have similar items for cheaper!!!

Personnel ultra simpatique, souriant répond à nos besoins et ils sont à l écoute du client. Mon prochain achat c'est sûr que j y retournerais. Merci a Jacques
