The 3 twisted sisters were picked up and delivered back to the airport by the same driver- who was friendly and a good driver. Would book again in upcoming trips. Thank you.

I tried to book a last minute reservation, but they were full. The company actually emailed me to notify me that they had no seats left, but did go on to give me the numbers and contact information of other companies that may be to help me, which was very helpful. It was such a kind gesture, and one that isn't seen usually. So that was excellent

We booked a shuttle to get our wedding guests from our venue to the hotels many were staying at in town and it was worth every penny. The guests really appreciated it, and Ambassador was awesome to work with. They had lots of different shuttle size options and could work with whatever routes/timing you had in mind.

Saw them speeding through a school zone just before dismissal. I sent them a Facebook message reminding them to slow down, noting the day, time and school it happened. Rather than apologize or take ownership of it, the response is that they have never heard of the school. Ridiculous response. Shows the lack of accountability which I presume lends itself to their business.

Great service and very friendly. They were so accommodating with us having to move our dates around. It was a great piece of mind knowing everyone was going to get home safe from our wedding reception.

Ambassador Transport went above and beyond to rectify an issue of our baggage not arriving with us on our flight. Ambassador driver Terry wleft at 4:00 am and drove the 4 hours from Comox to Port Alice to deliver our 4 pieces of luggage, their actions saved the day so that we could enjoy our short visit to the north Island. Thanks to Terry and Amassador, your time and effort on our behalf was most appreciated

Transportation service was just what one counts on; shuttle was at the curb, direct to destination, and driver was courteous and helpful by waiting until safely inside a new location and by helping with heavier bag and stairs! I also found the cost to be reasonable, considering time and distance.

Everything with Ambassador started off strong. The communication leading up to the day, the pricing, the staff - all of it was great. Our wedding guests were all picked up on time from their hotels and arrived to the venue in time for the ceremony. However, it took a major turn at the end of the night when the drivers didn't come back to the venue for their scheduled second trip and left the bride (myself), groom, and our wedding party stranded at the venue in the middle of the night. It's still unclear to both us and the owner/office team how this was so badly missed. They have apologized profusely, refunded our guests the costs of their cabs to get home, but it doesn't change the upsetting end to our perfect day.

Ambassador was recommended by Dolphins Resort (also excellent) as transportation from Comox to Campbell River vs the very expensive mini-van rental. Our driver, Chris, was friendly, professional & knowledgeable. He was at the airport on time to pick us up with a name tag & placard and was a few mins late coming for us on our return trip back to airport, but he took the time to phone ahead and let us know. We had a great experience and all our passengers & baggage arrived comfortably and safely both ways. Easy payment with credit card as well and an immediate receipt issued by email. Highly recommend!

I have had two positive experiences travelling from and to the Comox Airport - one planned well ahead and one last minute. Both times the communication and conduct of Ambassador was professional and efficient. Highly recommend.
