Steve Done has done an amazing job and inspecting a prospective home that I was thinking of buying. He did a thorough Fair assessment of the property which allowed me to confidently make the decision to either purchase or not purchase the property. I feel that his job and demeanor was professional and was very helpful in assisting me in giving me the right information to make the decision. I would recommend

Steve was very helpful with our inspection. He talked us through everything he was looking at and explained things very clearly. The only thing was that he did not have/use a moisture reader, we ended up having trouble with water in our basement that was not picked up on his inspection.

We own a new home that was plagued with builder issues. Steve was instrumental in cataloging these issues thoroughly, including images. He spent a lot of time with us and detailed not only the problems but also how repairs are typically managed. This was critical for us as we needed to file our second year Tarion Warranty claim, and we can now proceed confidently towards the goal of having the home we should have had when we received the keys. Thanks are not enough Steve.

Steve came to inspect our new house and was very helpful. He pointed out the works that needed to be done and gave us a good timeline. He also told us what didn't need any work or what things would not be worth doing. He gave us great explanations and suggestions for everything throughout the whole inspection. I highly recommend him
