The worst customer service, they never pick up the calls, the staff and the owner are the most unprofessional, more than two months that I place my order and never arrive, I claimed my refund but never received back, the worst waste of my time

So sad never gave me back my refund $700. Almost a yr of follow up. And this is a hard earned money. Keep on promising to refund but until now nothing.

Great experience, and smooth quick claim process.Guys you can visit this place for your ortho needs in lower mainland.I had some issue with my claim submitted, Ivan corrects the paper work and issue solved in a day.
