Really slow and poor service provided by the owner/manager. More staff needs to be hired for better efficiency. I waited 30 minutes and there was only one customer ahead of me. Then it took him 20 minutes to process my request as he kept making errors.

I've gone to this UPS store for over 2 years. The store clerks are very helpful and polite. They've frequently let me drop off right before closing time. Recently I bought the wrong UPS return envelope and they gave me a full refund without a fuss. Very professional staff (especially Keivan).

I loved how friendly the staff was. I was longing to get a nice passport photo of my newborn while his eyes are open. Homa, the nice professional photographer took the photo. It turned out great, and my son was so comfortable during the photography. I definitely recommend her for anyone who needs a professional photo.

Quite possibly the worst experience in my life. The guy worker here doesn't care about anything. Threw our packages in the back and were rude the entire time. I watched another lady behind me ask him for a little help and he straight up told her no
