Very professional team consisting of Suzanne, Steve and Carlos, they did a wonderful job in helping me get my wife's 'Obaku' watch restore to it's original glory by replacing it's straps, battery and movements and also a 'Sonata' watch get it's battery replaced.After the repairs the watches were put in a good box packing and express delivered to my address. All in all highly recommend Precision Time for all your watch restoration needs.

Was having a problem with the second hands not moving or resetting on my Tag watch. Precision Time opened the watch, found the issue and repaired it in a very timely fashion..also replaced the battery. The repair person (W....y), was pleasant, friendly and professional. The cost for all was extremely reasonable. Could not be more pleased and my watch is now operating perfectly.

Bought a Kenneth Cole watch from Best Buy. The battery was dead when I received it. Best Buy refrained to help! Very disappointed with Best Buy for that! Luckily, got redirected by KC to Precision time and now they’ve sent me a free replacement battery with a promise in written to replace the entire movement for free if battery didn’t resolve the issue!
