This is the last time I come here and donate. The doll used and dirty that I wanted to buy cost 3,99 but the lady said that it can't cost this price and changed it for 7.99.

Way overpriced for donated goods. It's horrible that they take advantage of brand named clothing and the people that have to shop there. $30 for used sneakers is ridiculous no matter what they are imo.If you donate to big brothers and big sisters just know you are supporting 'value' village.

Had not been into this value village in quite a long time. Store is clean and well organized.Well stocked. Seemed to have a decent amount of staff - who were polite and helpful. Self check outs were pretty straightforward. My only beef is with the PRICES!! $$$Definitely not the reasonably priced items you find in other thrift stores.Prices were a huge deterrent.

I feel that shopping at Value village, is a bit unnerving, considering that shoppers can't try on clothes before purchase. We have to take them home and hope for the best. There is an exchange only set in place, and no refunds. This puts the consumer out, as the consumer then has to purchase more product than the exchange is worth. To me this is ridiculous. Value Village is making 100% profit off of donated items. This isn't right. I will not be shopping at this store again, until they re-instate change rooms.

I went in there today and it was the same thing tried to do some shopping and instantly when I walked into there the staff were very unprofessional and seemed to be very focused on some guy trying to shop following him around the store and getting security to follow him around the store you know when someone is a honest person trying to purchase something from the store you should probably let them do so never know who's watching i.e secret shoppers or anyone and being aboriginal as well this poor man probably felt a little bullied and harassment from the staff I hope for his sake he goes to the corporate level to deal with such prejudice anyways nice clothes good stuff staff all needs to be gone through by there HR staff at a corporate level not in house

I always take a little walk in the forest next door when im here. Wish they had better bags! Paper only and without handles at all. Of course you can buy reusable but I'd suggest bringing your own. There are not many electronics here, but good shoe section and dresses and the jackets never disappoint.

Very large assortments of women's and men's clothing. Toys, electronics, books, music, movies and quite a lot more of garage essentials. I like to look for vintage records and VV is always good for this.

I used to love shopping at value village, as I love the idea of recycling items and think it’s important to not always buy new when you dont need to! But my recent visit I have learned there is now no change rooms and exchange-only return policy?? This places shoppers in a difficult position considering there is an array of brands that all fit differently. This is really disappointing and I won’t be shopping here for clothes again unfortunately.

Value Vilage no longer has value unfortunately. Through the pandemic they all closed the change rooms and you can no longer try things on, no refunds, only exchanges.Biggest thing for me is how unaffordable it has become. Tell me how prices have sky rocketed and your still getting everything for free? Value Village, you should be ashamed of yourself
