If you are looking to buy or sell a home in the Moncton area do yourself a favor and go with Ms Jocelyn Clements. She pours her heart and soul into her work and went WAY above and beyond for us. She was the third realtor I met (with the least experience I might add) and got us more than 50k what we were told our house would sell for. She demolished a basement, painted, cleaned and has the best marketing strategy.
