One stop shop for all the shopping needs. When I have to return stuff from Amazon (ups, Fedex, Purolator..) I take em all there instead of having to go to 3 different venues.At times the lineup could be long but they try their best. Love the electronic reciepts via mobile or email.

I was expecting my package to be received on the 22nd of september and it didnt arrive until today. I called many times because this shipment didnt arrive on time. However, I received the package today and once i opened the package, it was showing that the package was completely damaged and cracked and parts around the box. However, the store asked me to put insurance to cover the package and i paid for it. Now the store doesnt answer their phones and purlator is saying that we have to contact the store.You people are scamming your customers and believe me i am taking this to the consumer protection.

Ordered a microwave from best buy because I do not own a car. They used this service but they refused to deliver. I was on hold for a total of 4 hours before I spent 40$ on uber to get there and back. I asked why it wasn't delivered and they said because they can't lift it. They then asked me to go into the back room to pick it up. It was a 0.9cubic foot microwave weighing only 20 pounds.I then had a small letter to mail. Asked them to mail it to a location that is 2 hour drive away. They then said it was going to be 50$ to mail it.Never use this service.
