I had the pleasure of working with 24Nannies in August. I work as the personal assistant to a family that was staying in Rotterdam and I was tasked in finding a nanny very short notice. I reached out to 24Nannies and the staff was extremely friendly, responsive and willing to go above and beyond to find us a nanny. Less than 24 hours after giving them all of the details, they had sent us a proposal for a nanny. The cost was very clearly explained and they paid great attention to the things that were important to the parents. Additionally, the profiles of the nannies that they sent us were all extremely qualified.I would highly recommend 24Nannies to anyone that is looking for a nanny whether you be a family on holiday, an ex pat living in Rotterdam, or a resident!

Terrible company. Very unprofessional. Marlene contacted me 6 months ago to talk and then never replied. She then contacted me again a month ago to carry on but failed to attend 2 further appointments. Not customer friendly at all. Would not recommend to anybody. Waste of time completely.

24Nannies is a fantastic business! I planned a wedding in The Netherlands while living in Los Angeles and they were always very helpful. We had nannies scheduled for three nights of a wedding weekend. Marin joined us on two nights and Charlotte the other. These young women were nothing but perfect. They were warm and calm and very welcoming. The parents felt very relaxed. It's scary leaving your children in a foreign country! 24Nannies made this a great experience for myself, the parents and children!
