I've been served by their services for tree years since been lied off till recently, when been hired. My Employment Counsellor – Andrea, with her team of professionals organized me and over through many formal procedures from comprehensive analyzing my abilities, living circumstances to perspectives of development. They advice me with available to me financial support for obtain required in market skills and convey me through complicated steps to obtain those. Every time in my desperate endeavours I got best possible advice, direction and, most important, moral compassion support. Without such embraced care I would be lost and would never get desired job. WorkBC well known team of converting employment trouble to the opportunity to match contemporary job market requirements.Highly recommended for job / career seekers.Andrea, bravo!

I was really satisfied working with my employment counselor Andrea Flandecova. She offered me some courses to update my career. She also helped me out to practice my interview until the last minute before my interview. She was willing to support me to get you through the job. Thank you so much Andrea!I would like also to thank Ingrid Quintanilla, she also trained me for interview and the interview questions that she practiced me are the questions were I was being asked to some other interviewers. It really helped me a lot as she gave me some feed back to the way I answered the questions, that was really helpful! I felt more confident in answering their questions. Thank you so much Ingrid!

Hugh THANK YOU to Andrea and Naila of the Richmond , work B.C for helping me obtain the equipment needed to pursue my welding career once again and guiding me along the way / answering all of my many questions :) . They even went as far as to stay late to ensure I had what I needed set up and ready to go. VERY thankful for these ladies and this organization and I would highly recommend anyone looking to get back into the workforce to touch base with them and see what options are there waiting for you !!!

I would just like to thank Andrea & Nikhil from the staff who helped me along my journey to finding a job. Andrea checked in with me on a regular basis and helped me going back to school. She was able to get me into a Virtual Customer Service & Digital Skills Program at Douglas College which was very helpful in upgrading my communication and computer knowledge. I received a certificate and now have a full time job! I would definitely recommend using WorkBC for help. They did a wonderful job helping to find a work place as well as doing their best to get you into a program where you can upgrade your skills for future employment.

I’ve recently received excellent service and support from WorkBC Richmond, especially Charels, Stephy and Ingrid, which has led me to a job offer this week. Charels and Stephy helped me revise my resume professionally to my specific situation, sent me tons of job posting links every day, and followed up with my feedback every week. Ingrid is knowledgeable in job interviewing skills, and she patiently helped me practice job interview programs. The staffer at WorkBC provided me with a helpful experience as well as service me with my own language. If anyone is looking for a job, I recommend seeking help from WorkBC Richmond. They never let you down!
