Be aware, be careful. I would give this person minus star rating!! He took money from me and does not answer any of my calls and does not answer any of my inquiries for the real estate course! He is a fraud! Please be alert! He took $500 from me and gave me notes that were quite confusing to comprehend, and then on top of that , did not answer any of my calls because he has such a busy schedule. These people are fraudulent!!!

I paid for a real estate package. The package itself was just a print of questions. I asked bhupender bath if the answers were in the package and he said yes. I took him for a man of his word and didnt check. He told me I can call him any time for assistance but ever since I got home he is not answering my calls. There are no answers to the package and he is a complete fraud and scam. DO NOT CONTACT OR WORK WITH HIM. HE WILL JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY.

HE SELLS A PACKAGE OF QUESTIONS THAT SAYS WELL HELP WITH THE EXAM BUT IT IS JUST RANDOM QUESTIONS FROM PASSIT.CA. ALSO GIVES YOU DUPLICATE PAGES TO MAKE THE PACKAGE LOOK MORE FULL AND INFORMATIONAL. Please do not use this service and report this person anyway possible if you have been scammed by him. Complete rip off.
