Nick, in particular, is someone I would highly recommend. His kind and welcoming personality instantly put me at ease, and he consistently goes above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.Nick's level of care and attention to detail is unparalleled. He is not only polite and caring but also deeply devoted to making sure everything is perfect for his patients. Overall my son and I had an amazing experience at Ortho Dynamics. Right from our first phone to book his appointment all the way to the end when we left with my sons AFOs. Friendly staff with alot of patience and knowledge. I would highly recommend Ortho Dynamics and will be using them again .

We were recently referred to Ortho Dynamics by our (almost) 3yo sons physiotherapist. We were promptly contacted by Jennifer at Ortho Dynamics, who helped us organize our appointment schedule with Nicholas.During the first appointment, we were given 1.5hrs with Nicholas who spent time recording our son walking, and closely assessing his feet/ankles/knees/hips. Here, Nicholas also took plaster casts of our sons feet, in order for him to make the custom orthotics.During the second appointment, we were given 2.5hrs with Nicholas, who then worked to fit the newly made custom orthotics into a new pair of trainers, and also winter boots for our son. Nicholas was diligent with further assessments of our sons walking/gait and the changes with wearing the orthotics, and he even took extra time to make some small adjustments to really get the best outcome.The booking process was very smooth, and Jennifer was very friendly and helpful. The office and facilities are neat, clean and comfortable. Nicholas was exceptional, particularly with a toddler and he was very, very meticulous and professional. We felt that we had ample time to ask as many questions as we could, and with so much time offered in both appointments, we really covered everything, and were always made to feel welcome, and never rushed.I would highly, highly recommend Ortho Dynamics, and especially Nicholas, who was a great representative of the company, in our opinion.Thank you Ortho Dynamics!
