I cannot thank Anna, Robert, and the rest of the staff enough for the exceptional customer service, high quality products, and delivery they have done for me so far. I got a bedroom set for my daughter, and it got delivered last week. My daughter loves it so much that she pretends to be sleepy, so she can stay longer on her bed:) Thank you also for the extra work you guys did. You guys are really such good people who are very passionate. Keep it up, and I cannot wait for my dream couch to come:) thank you again and again and again!!! I highly recommend Luxury Fine Furniture!!!

Horrible!!!I had purchased a sofa and had informed the sales representative that I would be coming back within the hour to pick it up. As I drive away to do some errands the same sales representative calls me and tells me that the sofa I had purchased had already been sold yesterday.I will never ever shop here again because of poor customer service!

I placed an order on Jan 8th trough Luxury Home Fine Furniture. It was supposed to arrive in 8 weeks. It's April 11th now and the company doesn't respond to my messages or answer phone calls. I paid them deposit of $500.If I can either receive my money back or finally get the furniture I ordered that would be fantastic. One thing is for sure, I am not going to this luxury Home Fine Funniture ever again. I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone.

We ordered custom couch from Rob and could not be happier! It was a leap of faith in terms of color and consequently the need to update our home decor to a more modern style, but thanks to Rob's passion and honesty, we went with it and love every moment we get to use our couch. I love the fact that Rob took time to come and take proper measurements of our family room. And he suggested the most optimal design. Few weeks later he delivered the couch and it's the best! Because of the ottoman-storage piece, we can have 5 people comfortably laying on it. My kids are saying this is the best thing in our house now! Thank you, Rob!

I am so happy my wife and I visited Luxury Home Fine Furniture, we dealt with Rob from the start and felt extremely comfortable with him. We ended up ordering a custom made king size bed and ottoman. It's nice to see that everything was made for us right there. It only took just over a week and our custom bed was delivered. Wow was our initial reaction the bed looks beautiful, came exactly as was designed and the quality is exceptional. Thank you Rob for the great service, we have more furniture that we will get custom made from you and will gladly recommend you to everyone!!

We ordered a sofa. We absolutely loved our sofa when it arrived. It did arrive late by a few weeks... but Rob did a great job and you can tell it is a very quality product... he made sure every aspect of the sofa was done well. He personally delivered the sofa himself to make sure we were satisfied. I would definitely buy another piece from him.

Horrible experience. Placed my order and was told 6 weeks or asap. It was more then 9 weeks before it was done. Then they scheduled a delivery and I was told they would be arriving 12pm to 6pm. At 8:30pm was told they are coming at 10pm. What company delivers at 10pm?? The store never picks up the phone. I told them before placed the order I needed it no later thrn 6 weeks. Each week I called thereafter was another excuse. Will never buy from them again. Really disorganized.
