Calgary Premium Windows changed out every window in our home and I am extremely happy with the service and the windows, they are fantastic and I can tell already that my heating bill will go down in the winter! Myles and Renata were very easy to deal with and replied to my emails and phone calls right away. I would recommend this company and use them again in in the future.

Had the sliding door replaced. The guy that came and did it was professional, friendly, helpful, and put everything back the way it was. The patio door installation was done extremely well. Recommend this place. The only thing I would complain about is lack of communication from the office. An email or phone call with an update or confirmation should have been done to keep the customer informed. Otherwise a happy customer.

Worked with Calgary Premium Windows & Doors Ltd. to replace 7 windows and a patio door in my home. They are a great team who do quality work for a fair price.From start to finish the team was absolutely professional. They answered all of our questions, responded quickly, showed up on time, did a great job on the install and cleaned everything up when they left. In less than a year the window is leaking. I had another contractor come in and I was told that the window was too small for the window cut out. Worst experience. Google is forcing me to give at least one star or i would have given zero. Do not use company! Buyer beware. Do NOT pay upfront!

STAY AWAY !!! Ordered brown commercial windows and he provided painted vinyl windows which already started peeling in less than 2 months.Windows can not be locked. Promissed to fix all but did not answer any emails phone calls sinceOwner is a Liar/Bully , No Warranty, Poor everything.STAY AWAY!!!!I am sorry I paid him in full before the end of the job.
