Bought a townhome from them almost two years ago and while I was happy with the look and overall product, their after the sale responsibilities have been less than efficient. Calls and messages go unanswered or ignored. Outstanding Tarion issues are stretched out or put off to avoid completing the work. Not pleased at all and will no longer be relying on empty words. I will also make sure that the Townhome Association knows to utilize the Tarion Reconciliation Process as they have demonstrated a lack and willingness to hold up their end of the deal.
