I had the pleasure of getting a tattoo from Eleonora recently and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with her work. Her attention to detail and precision is unparalleled and her artistic abilities truly shine through in her designs.What stood out to me most about Eleonora was her ability to understand and interpret my vision for the tattoo, and then bring it to life in a way that exceeded my expectations. She took the time to listen to my ideas and preferences, and made suggestions that ultimately resulted in a beautiful and unique piece of artwork.Not only was Eleonora professional and skilled in her craft, but she also made the entire process comfortable and enjoyable. Her friendly and welcoming demeanor put me at ease, and I felt confident in her abilities every step of the way.Overall, I highly recommend Eleonora for anyone looking to get a tattoo. Very bad experience at Steel N Ink Scarborough town centre! We arrived at the store yesterday at 8:20 pm and the young lady at the front was very nice and directed us at the lady responsible as I was trying to remove my tragus earring to buy a new one and I asked the lady to show me how as it was my first time. She said she can’t do it now even though the store was empty and the walk-in welcome sign was in front of store! When I tried to explain to her that I came from far rushing from work to do it, she plainly and rudely said she doesn’t have time for this. My sister told her that we always come and the people are always nice, she said again in a defiant and rude way that she doesn’t have time for this!Once we stepped out of the store at 8:35, she went to remove the walk-in sign into the store and closed the doors without locking them! Worst and weirdest experience at Steel N Ink! I am grateful to the other piercing place in the mall where the graceful lady helped me at 8:45 and we ended up buying our earring from there!

I wasn’t able to get the name of the employee who helped me, but they offered great customer service! They had a lot of jewelry to choose from and the employee helped me choose a new piece for my conch. The change of jewelry was also super fast and comfortable. Definitely will come here again.

The staff is so lovely here. I had trouble with a piercing that got stuck in my ear (done at another place) and Brittany was able to fix no issues! So thankful.

I went to Steel n Ink after I saw my friend’s piercings and it look so amazing on her. My friend is the type of person to extensive research on a place to see if it’s a good and worthy place. So when she told me that she got a piercing here and she love not only the piercing but the staffs there, is all the reassurance I needed!When I went there the vibe was great and a I was greeted by a friendly staff(I forgot her name :( and she was helping me pick out an earring for my cartilage piercing. We made small talks and her vibe was amazing and welcoming like I can talk to her all day! She introduced me to my piercer (I forgot her name :( which was super cool and sweet. She explained everything well and check up on you to see if you’re comfortable before starting the piercing. Overall, love the staffs and their earrings/jewellery quality!

They kind of messed up on my conch piercing but they were really cool. I paid almost $400 for my lobes, conch and tragus and for that price they could have gave me tips on how to care for them, or at least tell me to get saline solution (they told me to check the site for care tips, which i did. But it would have been nice to know that i needed saline solution before i got home)

I am personally always nervous when it comes to walking into a tattoo shop, however, this place made me feel the complete opposite. Justin did my piercing and walked me through it and was professional throughout the process. He was very kind and knowledgeable. Overall, the shop is super clean and I will definitely be coming back in the future!! Thank you steel n ink!

Brittany was a delight to work with in reference to my nose piercing. She made the experience comfortable and painless. Highly recommend her for piercing services.

Got my right ear done this afternoon. I took a while to ask questions and to choose my choice of earrings ( which took a while). The young lady was sooo pleasant, tolerant, patient and kind. I was so concerned about the discomfort of the ears… the side of my ears: she assured me that I’d be fine, and I was. She did it fast, told me to breathe in and then out pertaining to the timing of the pierce. And before you know it, I was DONE! What I loved about her, was that she was gentle and fast and described what and when she was doing and how I would feel.I was impressed! I left, went downstairs in the mall, went to a store, looked in a mirror; and went back and did the other ear!! Her name was Taura. I loved her Customer Service that she presented me with and she had such a sweet, calm demeanour! She is originally from the Barrie location, but STC needs to keep her!!!I’ll go back for sure!! I had a blast! Actually, I can’t wait to go back!Thanks Taura! ( not sure if I spelled her name correctly, though).
