Two people I know have now received batteries with dead cells. They were replaced easily enough but would be nicer to get good batteries in the first place.

They had exactly what I was looking for after a long haul of visiting so many places in the east where i started my hunt ... I tried every place to get the battery I was looking for and no luck until i reached Battery Depot! Just like the name they really do ahve every kind and selection of battery that you could possibly be looking for! I will definitely be returning as a forever customer based on product, selection, customer service, and efficiency!!

Good service, very reasonable prices and great selection of batteries big and small for all sorts of applications. I was there to get a car battery and asked if they sold these really obscure 45 volt batteries used in early 20th century radios and they were actually able to find some in stock. I'll definitely visit again.

Took my truck in to have the battery tested. I thought it needed a new one. I was told that it didn’t just to keep it on a trickle charger and it should be fine so I had them install my own trickle charger for a reasonable cost. looks like they were right because I’ve had no problem. The weight was minimal.

Woke this am and battery us failing again, this is forth battery in the last year. It's quite the scam they have going. Sell you a cheap rebuilt battery, then charge you $45 to put another one in when it fails. So I have put out over $200 in last year for a battery for my vehicle.

Myself and a family member both bought brand new batteries here this year and they both were no good. Battery completely dead every two days and wouldn’t hold a charge. They took them back but annoying to deal with my car constantly not starting when I’m trying to go to work in the first place
