Regine from Vancity letters was a pleasure to work with. I was looking for decor ideas for my dad's 60th birthday, and couldn't be happier with the numbers we rented from Vancity letters. Great communication, would highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Regine and Vancity Letters. Super communication and timely delivery. I was debating whether or not to get the marquees for my husband's 40th but am really glad I went for it! It made the whole room. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved these marquee letters, they were so beautiful. Our pictures came out amazing!! Regine is so easy to work with. Our event had to be postponed due to a snow storm and she very kindly accommodated the change. Highly recommended!!!

I first saw Vancity Letters at a wedding show pre-pandemic, and am so glad we kept them in mind all these years of delay for our big day. Communication with Regine throughout the planning process was great and the pricing is very reasonable. Set up was easy and the letters themselves were a total showstopper - people absolutely LOVED them. We would definitely recommend Vancity Letters for your event.

Contacted Regine when my friend wanted to plan a proposal. Regine was very helpful and quick with her replies that made the whole process go smoothly.Day of proposal went well and Regine dropped off the letters on time. We finished the proposal a bit early and asked if they could be picked up earlier than our agreed upon time and Regine was able to come as quickly as possible. Super friendly and professional, will definitely be renting again!

The service I received from Regine for my proposal plan was exceptional. She really made it a moment to remember. My partner was over the moon and we have been getting so much compliments on the set up. Start to finish she was profesional and with great communication and also going above and beyond offering to take photos etc. Would recommend for anyone planning a proposal.

Regine from Vancity Letters was wonderful to work with. We hired them for our wedding and the entire experience from start to finish was seamless.
