I was involved in an accident with a G5S vehicle. I was waiting behind this vehicle at an exit from a parking lot when the driver started backing up. I honked but she kept coming., so I held the horn down but she didn't stop and hit the front of my vehicle. The very young driver stated that it was her first week driving the company truck and that she didn't see me. We exchanged information and I reported the accident to my insurance company.. It took 3 months for the driver to supply a statement to the insurance company and then she LIED and said I ran into her! I contacted the head office and was told that they would pass the information on to their fleet manager and the local manager here in Edmonton. That was more than 2 months ago and I've heard nothing. I tried calling the local office and all I got was voicemail - which states that all calls will be returned in 1 business day - and have. heard nothing from them. I would think twice about using a company for security who employs the kind of people I've had the misfortune to have to deal with.

I returned a call for an interview, Lady answered, transferred me to another woman and then hung up on me. Good job

My friend got mistreated and shouted at by one of their guards at the Walmart Supercenter. For absolutely NO REASON! She contacted them a couple of times to report this incident and she never got a response. This company will be reported soon to anywhere and everywhere they can be reported to.

Better than other Security Companies!Above average wages and Management seems to care about the employees and sites.

I was mistreated by one of g4s employee on 7 June 2020 in Tcl supply chain I am a regular driver their from last 6 years as I enter the facility he asked me if its your first time here I answered no I come here everyday he let me in after signing my paperwork he came to me and said I lied to him as this is my first in that day in Tcl I said you asked me if its my first time here in Tcl he behaved so rude to me I felt like a criminal but then Tcl employee enter in and solve the situation It felt like that guy think he owns the Tcl facility I know g4s will not do anything against him but I want people to know about their employees

Worse company ever . if you love yourself dont ever look for the employment in this company especially Edmonton its way corrupt , racist and favoritism in this company , you cant even tell who is the manager and NOT manager , what do you expect if the office can be run by the common mobile guy give orders to management , as long you dont know anyone in this company who favor you its a big problem , schedule just nightmare, HR worse he wont even respond to his emails or calls just so annoying and disturbing, everyone do whatever they like in this company no order . The sad part is they dont care about their workers and anyone who is their favor can run that office and their poor guards dont have nobody to turn to , I hope the CEO of this company really have to come and rescue this Edmonton because if NOT it will be nightmares , some makes their own rules and contradict whatever they to the guards , they will rather make other guards stay without work while they are busy giving their own people more hours like seriously why this , at first I thought maybe ts a franchise because the way the run their things and their policy so weird that their guards are like prisoners they are not entitled to say anything its all about just see and don't say anything , they have so much complex , can someone out there read this come and rescue the poor guards who are working so hard for your company , Edmonton office need someone who is professional and know about management and value the interest of the employees .....................thats my experience with this company and I had watched everything happening and people sacred to talk because they think they will be fired

Guards are rude and unpleasant. They are unprofessional in communication and appearance. They act too powerful. Impossible to talk to

Nothing but issues with this office from uniforming to payroll!! Unprofessional as to resolve issues with getting my final pay and ROE I actually had to contact the Canadian Head Office in Toronto to get them to light a fire under the local office.

from what i understand a new guy took over, and has aquired appropriate liscencing through the school i went to. im willing to give it a shot, and dont worry everyone when it comes to being uniform or plain clothes i am fair and follow all laws and acts to the best of my ability and in fairness.
