A very thoughtful, and accommodating childcare center. Finding GOOD Childcare is very hard, but royal childcare center has been exceptional in making the transition into childcare easy. They have such kind and caring staff, who my children truly love. Their scheduled activities, have already taught my children more than I thought capable. Royal childcare center is extremely thoughtful, and makes a real effort to ensure parent are comfortable in leaving their children with them for the day. I highly recommend this daycare, especially if you are an anxious mom like me who has a hard time leaving her kids with anyone!

We have had two kids at this daycare. The service provided is good from the caregivers but the business practices are terrible. The caregivers earned the facility an extra star, but the daycare has caused both of my children grief in some way.My son was asked to drop a day because they were overloaded (he has high energy but so do all boys I have met his age). My daughter is a social butterfly and has become super sad as nearly the whole group of kids changed from one room to another without her. They are both rooms for kids less than three so I don't understand why they couldn't take her too. It's been really hard on her.They also do not provide any childcare reduction for part time but DID increase the fees multiple times since this was supposed to take effect. They also reduced the hours for pickup as well. The classes are big, and finally I don't think they do much for educational activities. We moved our son already and will move our daughter as soon as possible.

I am very happy I chose Royal Academy for my son. They have lots of educational activities for the kids, singing, dancing, story time, arts & crafts, etc. When I first enrolled my son here, I was an annoying mom who kept on calling etc but the teachers were very understanding of me. My son learns new songs from daycare that I don’t even know myself. Lol. My son loves his teachers. He knows all of their names. The staff truly care and love the kids. I’m one happy mom with a happy child @ Royal.

We are very happy to be here. The best teachers, great facilyty. Our son loves it (18months). Lots of toys, tooks, have already box full of his crafts. Definitely recoment our daycare. ❤️

When our baby was 3 months old we went to Royal Child Care for a tour and to meet the staff. We liked the facility and location so paid the registration deposit to hold our child’s spot for January 2019 and we were sent numerous emails throughout the year confirming our spot. Suddenly, in the middle of November, six weeks prior to me going back to work, I contacted them to ask a few questions, and they simply said, sorry we do not have any room for your daughter. No explanation or reasoning were given at all despite my asking. Deeply stressful for our entire family as we had to struggle to find another place that could take our baby full time. It was unbelievably unprofessional and extremely upsetting. No accountability at all. Who knows if they even would have told me had I not contacted them.I share this experience only to warn other parents and guardians as I don’t want anyone else to experience this.

I am very thankful for these ladies. The caregivers have been amazing. They took wonderful care of my son since he was six months. They have been amazing and have always cared so much for him. Definitely recommend this place.

We truly enjoy this daycare as the teachers are very caring and attentive to the needs of my child. At 18 months old, my son knew his teachers by name, Tina, Stella and Yuri. We moved to Toronto for 3 months and every time my son looked at pictures of his teachers,he would call their names. We were very lucky to return back to this daycare when we moved back to Burnaby. We were welcomed back warmly and my son quickly gave a hug to Tina and a Yuri on his first day back at the daycare. They definitely have a huge impact in my son’s life. When you see your kid is happy around the teachers, you can fully trust that he is in very good hands.

My son has been here for two years now and we can't say enough good things about the facility. Professional, caring, and very accommodating. My son loves the staff and has many friends, most of whom have been with him from the beginning. They strive for fun, engaging activities and keep the child-to-teacher ratio as low as possible (ie: as few children to as many teachers as they can). I am very happy with their services and feel very comfortable knowing my child is safe and happy there.

My baby is 4m one. Teacher threatened me if I didn’t bring my kid in daycare before 815am I won’t feed him and leave him on the side let him cry until 10am lol.... it’s not the right to do that. They told us only 2day spaces and they claimed the subsidy from government for 5days.thus we told them about this issue and they kicked us out. Its a bad experience in there for only two weeks.
