They own a building in Cornwall at 119 Sydney Street. There is a sign when you pull in the lane way saying tenant parking only. When you pull to the back there’s no sign on the back of the building or across from it saying no parking. There’s a section to the right across from the other building saying tenant parking only the same as the laneway. It’s a business building so I had no clue I could not park there since there is no sign on the building just in a small section. I was in getting a massage for a hour and a half and came out to go to work and my car was gone. They had it towed and cost me almost 300$. Then spoke to the owner and he said it’s an issue with to many people. I told him maybe he should have signs then on the building and across from it. He was very rude and told me to do what I gotta do. Will never step foot in that building again. Also, before they got me towed they were very professional and wrote a hand written note and left it on my windshield. “This is not a parking spot” with a sharpie.
