Endo Clinic Barrie

My wife had a dental emergency and I called office. The reception accomodated us with a same day emergency appointmet and we really appreciate that. The endodontist did a comprehensive exam and diagnosed well the problem. He is knowledgeable and experienced. Deep freezing, so no pain during the procedure. Complicated tooth as had an extra canal but well managed and treated. The root canal was done properly. I strongly recommend this clinic.

From my mother:If I could post a million gold stars for Dr. Fatemi and his team, I would. I cannot say enough good things about them. In this day and age where people tell you what they can't do the Endo Clinic Barrie found ways to take care of me and went way above and beyond.I recently was diagnosed with needing emergency heart surgery, or I “might experience sudden death”. I’m an active 60 year old so kind of surprised by that! As part of the pre-op, I needed a dental cleaning and full x-rays where it was discovered I had a tooth that was dying. It needed to be fixed prior to open heart surgery that was booked in 10 days. The Endodontist I was referred to, could not see me for a month for just the consultation, which would mean delaying my heart surgery – did I mention the whole sudden death thing? In a panic I started to call randomly, any Endodontists I could find. When I called Dr. Fatemi’s office I broke into tears and told Vicki my story. She said to give her a few minutes but she was sure they would be able to help. She called back a short while later, saying they would stay late to see me – ON FRIDAY NIGHT, ON A BEAUTIFUL SUMMER NIGHT, DURING COVID19! They were understanding, patient, kind, thorough, gentle. They took care of me in so many ways relieving my stress.I cannot say enough good things about Jennifer, Vicki and Dr. Fatemi. I highly recommend them, with my life!

This was going to be my 1st ever root canal. All my friends were sympathetic for me and I anticipated the worst.This procedure at ENDO was the most pain FREE dental experience I've had in years. I even got to watch it all on the monitor. Honestly it was FUN.The staff were lighthearted, good-natured and laughed at my jokes, but behind that they were professionals.Though I hope I never have a reason to, I will look forward to my next visit.

We had a wonderful experience. After a mistake was made with a dentist, Dr. Fatemi fit my son in and fixed the problem the same day. He followed up and made sure he was well cared for. The staff was friendly and professional. We could not have asked for better care. I highly recommend the Endo Clinic.

Dentist provided me with an emergency referral to this clinic to obtain an immediate root canal. Waited 2 weeks for the clinic to reach out to schedule an appointment. Advised the clinic I was in pain two weeks ago and it was progressively getting worse. They added me to a cancellation list but their soonest appointment was another month out. Waited another half of a week. By that point, I was in agony with redness, inflammation, etc. My dentist wrote me an emergency prescription for antibiotic and codeine. Even with the codeine, I was in agony. My dentist reached out to the Endo clinic over the weekend for the third time and I sent an email. No response. I was about to head to the ER but thankfully my dentist found an endo clinic for me in Newmarket that took me in within 24 hrs. I am lucky I didn’t lose my tooth or suffer worse from an ongoing infection/abscess. No clue how this clinic expects patients to manage with a tooth abscess for over a month and a half. Very dangerous and unprofessional.

Dr. Fatemi and the staff are amazing. I get anxious about anything dentistry and unfortunately had a small panic attack prior to starting the procedure. Dr. Fatemi took his time to help me relax and was so supportive and encouraging. I really felt as if I was in good hands and that he understood that I might need a bit more attention through the procedure. It was a great experience.

Extremely professional and caring people here. I had a difficult procedure and was very nervous and apprehensive but they were able to make me feel relaxed and comfortable. The office and environment they have created also lend to the feeling you are in good hands.

I had the pleasure of going to the Endo Clinic in Barrie and right from the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Jennifer and Vicki to then meeting Dr. Fatemi was such a great experience and would definetly visit this clinic again. I have passed this message also to my dentist who referred me and thanked them.

Friendly staff and extremely clean clinic, Dr. Fatemi is very knowledgeable and explained us the treatment, also they have high end dental technology and equipments comparing to other clinics that I visited, highly recommend them.
