I ordered extra crispy and got regular. The macaroni salad was watered down. I don't know how they do it, but their chickens are getting even smaller. I received no napkins or utensils. There is no value in buying their food any longer.

I'm not sure why some of the latest reviews are not in favor of the restaurant, but my experience today is more than awesome! I was in the drive thru and ordered a bucket. I casually asked if it was possible to throw some extra dips for me. I didn't see her name but the girl gave me 6 extra dips! I thought they might give like 2/3, but this was an awesome experience for me today. Highly recommend for their superb service.

Donna at the front counter is the nicest, most sincere person i have ever met. She always greets me and customers with a smile. She is the only reason i come here. Today i had a bad day, she made me smile and comforted me. I appreciate you Donna!

In this picture, there are two pieces of chicken, corn and potato salad, that were left over from my 6 Piece Bucket with 2Large Sides. When I received it, it was hot and delicious. Second I ordered 3 pieces of chicken with large fries and I order seperate a large corn and large gravy.The staff that served me were very pleasant and helpful.They do have Restrooms with Wheelchair Accessible Entrances. They share their free parking lot with other stores. They do have Wheelchair Accessible Parking lots and Entrances. They do have takeout and delivery. They also have a diner you can sit down to eat. I seen parents with their kids, elders, large groups, etc.I used their drive through many times. Most of the time it moves quickly.

Bad experience . I entered the restaurant at 10:30 p.m om March 10,2023. Nobody was there to serve me for 10 min. When someone came to serve me, he didn't tell me that what I needed should be ordered online only. Then they refused to serve me because they were going to close after 15 min and the online should have been 20 min before the closing time. After they wasted my time and refused to serve what I really needed, I had to order something else. I think the staff should be faster and more flexible than they are and also the shouldn't leave the customers 10 min without even looking at them . I was the only customer who was there at that time. It was a really bad experience for me there.

I called to order for pick up and was told they no longer take orders by phone. When I asked why she said because they messed up the orders and customers got mad, I asked a question to clarify...you no longer take phone orders BECAUSE YOU AND YOUR STAFF cannot get the orders right. She said that is correct.I guess because they cannot do their job the customers must suffer!!! What a way to run a business. I could not place an order so I shopped somewhere else.

We ordered 2 chicken chicken sandwiches it wasnt chicken chicken sandwich i came home and see chicken was burnt and hard... barely sauce and extremely dry sandwich. Also had bacon in it it was very bad experience. Im not going back this location.

Clean restaurant with polite staff members. They asked us to do a survey and after that we had options to choose cheese cake or popcorn chicken. The fries were not that great. The location is very nice and has a nice view of roads as well as it is near to bus station which make it easily accessible for all to get in there. It's not that busy during days and there was a lot of space available for the customers.

I recall KFC in the old days and the chicken was of worse quality but definitely better tasting. Something has gone awry with the spices…has the formula changed or does the franchise need instruction? The result is bland….not likely to return
