I just bought a 2016 Santa Fe Sport 2.0T Limited and the car was in excellent condition. I went to get an independent inspection and they concurred. The service is awesome and they are super nice. Genevieve took care of me and she treated me like a friend and took a lot of time to help me. I recommend this place.

Scamming dealership, do not trust them, they are the definition of a shady dealership.

The car i bought was poorly inspected. Some features work half the time. A gew panels were off in alignment. Some of salesman dont seem to know what they are selling

While purchasing the car, they decided to give me Winter tires (That was one of the main reasons behind finalizing the car)After too many calls (took almost 3 months) when they finally decides to provide them, I received them however without rims.Now, when I enquired about it, the answer I received is:- It's not in the contract. In the contract we usually mention it otherwise.- In contract, it says winter tire & not winter tires with rimsI don't understand the reason behind concealing this information while making a purchase?If you're conceling this info while making a purchase, now, I'm doubtful about the car you selled to me. What else you have concealed it from me?I will not recommend this place for purchasing the cars unless you don't have any choice.I gave 1 extra star for the other staff members who were kind during my visit.

I have been shopping for a new Pacifica Hybrid for over 3 months. I have visited over 20 dealers from the North shore to South shore and everything in between.I have never heard so many lies, and deceit by supposedly professionals.It was a complete different story when I entered into St Hyacinthe Chrysler.Anthony Girouard was waiting for me at the entrance. He immediately made me feel welcome and appreciated.Professional, courteous, honest and a straight shooter.I never bought a car so fast.He got me almost 95% to my desired car configuration, simply 100% was non existent.I recommend Anthony to anyone looking for a Dodge, Chrysler.Stop waisting your valuable time going to Bordellos". Not interesting for parking in the streets, small area, it needs to move away and make one big real dealership visible from the hwy. The new cars are not all at the same location and it surrounded by old houses in what looks more like a residential area to me. Not impressed by the service, very expensive for original replacement parts!

I was going to purchase a 2022 Pacifica from St-Hyacinthe Chrysler Jeep Dodge Inc at the end of August beginning of September. I originally found the people I spoke with to be kind and helpful, however, this quickly changed. I spoke with a few salespeople during my experience I picked a vehicle, put a deposit down, and discussed pick-up arrangements. I got a message on the night of Monday August 29th asking if I could pick the vehicle up by the end of the month, when I verified if he meant the end of August (which was 1.5 days away) he said yes his boss wanted me to pick it up by month end. The next day said that the vehicle would not have all the extras we discussed because the trailer hitch was back-ordered. I was ok with this. When I was not able to pick it up on August 31st and asked if I could come that weekend instead they told me perfect

Spoke to Alec on the phone for a 2019 Dodge RAM, told me on the phone, that the prices are fix and non negotiable on the phone. But when I go there, he could do something.I arrive there, we speak and he gets his sales director to tell me the price is even in person non negotiable. Besides, that I told hem, that my French is not so good and if they could speak slowlier, they continued to talk to me as fast as possible.Conclusion: if you don’t negotiate the price at all don’t make me drive 2,5 hours.Other than that they were ok.The answer they wrote is not true. Why should I drive 3 hours, if I wasn’t promised a better price.If I he would handle it like others, which say sorry, this is the price, I wouldn’t go. This is a trick to get you there.
