Incredible service and the product is impeccable. My marble counter top is remarkable and the installers were quick clean and super nice. Every time we call Chateau Marbre they make us feel as though every call is important. Thanks again guys! Great Work!

Two handy-men came into our home today without masks and when we asked them to put masks on they refused. They said they knew they had to wear them, but didn’t.We asked them to get masks and come back, they said: We either do it now or never.My fiancé suffers from respiratory issues and even after we explained this they ignored us and continued working.Apparently you have to request that they follow safety regulations and we “should have known that”

The guys at this place are wonderful... down to earth and understanding to your needs. They will always make sure you're happy with your choice. They have a big showroom, and they answer all your questions honestly.

THE WORST SERVICE ! Honestly, three guys working behind the counter, shoving their faces with pizza instead of serving the customer.. FOR STARTERS !! Every day a delay, excuse after excuse. Problem here and there. Telling me over the phone it's ready come by, next thing you know, they didn't even start yet. SHow up finally when it's ready, make me wait outside because they clearly didn't have it ready. Finally get my products, was not satisfied with a couple, told the guy about it.. he goes and tell me I need to come back monday because the guy wasn't there.. yet.. the guy was there and was able to do it, Lazy company. One other idiot couldn't be bothered, asked him about the delay and told me to talk to the other guy who was serving me.. I guess he cared more about eating his pizza.GO TO MONDIAL!!!! good people and honest. what a mistake, only to save on time i came here. never ever again

We order granite counter tops for our kitchen. The counter tops arrived on time and the quality is impeccable. The installation team was super professional also. They installed the counter tops with no issue. They even cleaned after themselves. I would definitely recommend this place.

I was looking for a specific granite countertop that matched my existing island in my kitchen,and I called around to see if anyone had. When they told me they had it I went to the showroom to see it and I was welcomed by Peter.You couldn't ask for a better person.He is very good at what he does,friendly and very entertaining. Once I found the same existing countertop like the one I had at home I was super excited! But they had a few issues with the granite(it would keep cracking)which was not their fault! But immediately they called me and told me to come choose something else and they suggested a beautiful piece of Quartz.And 2 days later it was installed!!GREAT SERVICE !! MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR PETER!!

Worst experience I have hadFirst they tell you that it takes 3 weeks from over to deliver and install, WHEN IN REALITY THEY TAKE 2 MONTHS.Second when they call to deliver they give you a date, and then they cancel giving you an excuse that they had a problem, reschedule for a few days later and they never showed up, rescheduled a third time and the first installer showed up with a bad attitude that he left with counter top and they had to send another installerThird they wouldn't deliver the counters unless full payment was made, if you have a problem with the counters you have to go running after themFourth when they show up with the counters they showed up with pieces missing and told me that if I wanted them they would only be ready in 2-3 days and I would have to go pick them up, BUT YET THEY TOOK FULL PAYMENTADVICE TO ANYONE THINKING OF USING THEM, STAY AWAY

We were very pleased with the service we received for installation of our kitchen countertop and backsplash. They respected the timeline for installing, even came a few days in advance. The installer was very meticulous taking the measurements and took much care and precision installing the quarts. In the showroom they carry a wide range of natural stones and have a wide selection of quarts suppliers. Mimo the sales person was very knowledgeable, he guided us in making the best decision when choosing the quarts , this is a overwhelming decision to make because of the endless choices and price ranges . He was patient and took his time making sure we were happy with our decision. Also the owners are very personable and ready to assist. One last mention , the show room is very clean and smelled fresh every time you entered , for some reason it was also part of the whole selling point . It showed that they made you feel welcomed in a clean environment. We were very pleased and will definitely return for future business.

Chateau Du Marbre et Granit helped transform our kitchen from dated to timeless. We searched several places but we were referred by a friend to check this place out. So glad we did. The people at the showroom were extremely helpful and friendly. The guys were very knowledgeable and ensured we had all our questions answered. The installers came on and performed precisely and in a timely fashion . Owner Frank is very professional and always goes above and beyond to satisfy all the clients needs.Thank you again for your awesome work.

Absolutely beyond disappointed in this company/service and lack of professionalism. We were promised our vanity Quartz counter top before construction holidays and it's still not ready, this has been over 3 weeks for a simple easy job that takes a few hours to do. Completely unacceptable and will definitely NOT recommend to ANYONE. Did not even receive a call back from them with an explanation or compensation for this inconvenience.
