Hathaway's Diner

First time here. Just missed the brunch/lunch rush and had a calm sit down late lunch. Excellent on many levels. Food and service was top notch. The club sandwich with real turkey was superb. Their hot sauce…HOT and amazing! Looking forward to trying out the rest of the menu.

This place came recommended for breakfast and it is fantastic. My new favorite spot.Their French Toast and Lime Berry Pie was amazing. The perfect balance of flavour for the pie and the toast was fluffy and nicely spiced.They are a classic dinner in every way that matters. Classic decor with feel good food. Cannot wait to return.

Iconic Edmonton diner in the northwest! It’s not all hype - the food is really good and the service is really quick. The atmosphere is great and the decor really gives off that old school diner feel. Definitely something to check out! I would recommend the eggs benedict.

A great place to eat. Parking can be a bit of an issue during busy times but there is street parking. Beef dip was a good serving size, bun fresh and the fries delicious. Hamburger steak was also a good serving size, eggs done perfectly and hash browns delicious. Definitely going to check them out again, well worth the visit. Strawberry shortcake pie, so good.

Had brekky for 2 at 09:30 on a Tues.; wasn't crowded. One had the Breakfast Poutine (tater tots covered with mozzarella and gravy, topped with 2 eggs and bacon crumbles) Other had the Classic Benny. Drinks were bottomless coffee and OJ. All was great. The coffee was excellent for a diner! Service was super. The bill was $40. We highly recommend Hathaways.

Cute diner that I didn't know existed. I'd call this a hidden gem.It was St. Patrick's day and they had a special drink menu- Irish Coffee and a Shamrock Shake. The shake is made with regular milk and I am lactose intolerant but the shake sounded delicious so I went for it.It was very tasty. I has planned on trying their pie later but the milkshake satisfied my sweet tooth.Service was great, waitstaff was friendly.My only comment for the owners is that it was a bit tight seating wise. There were three of us at a table and it was tight and up against other customers.All in all I would highly recommend this spot for breakfast or brunch.

5 stars!!! 3 of us went to Hathaways for the first time . We had a wheelchair and right as we were coming in, Alandra greeted us at the door and helped us in and had the perfect table for us. She was sooo welcoming and kind . As we were looking at the menu , another super nice waitress came over and welcomed us and was just sooo friendly! We ordered our food and it came soo fast and was delicious!! Everything about the restaurant and the atmosphere was warming . During our stay, a gentleman came over and said if we need anything at all , he is there for us. Our waitress Alandra was exceptional!! Will definitely be back and bring more family members.

The friendly staff greeted us with genuine smiles, instantly making us feel welcome. Our waitress, in particular, was an absolute sweetheart. The diverse range of flavors and the creative combinations they offer are simply outstanding. One standout option that captured my heart was the Dunkaroo pie. A gentleman whok I'm sure was either a manager or the owner confirmed this when talking to us about the gravy that's made in house from the roasts made in house as well.However, what truly set Hathaway's Diner apart was the exceptional service we received. This place was cute. They have seating for about 20 inside, so you may have a small wait to be seated. I went for lunch on a weekday and it was a full house the whole time I was there. The staff were incredibly friendly, but the food took quite a while to come out (like 20+ minutes for a burger and a soup). When it finally arrived, the food was hot and tasty, and the prices were really reasonable.
