Purse lining came undone after a week. I found that the woman who originally sold me the purse was really kind and offered an much help as she could, but the manager was pretty rude with me.I might suggest additional training to ensure that the people in the storefront are knowledgeable on how to deal with the public, especially managers.

I bought a nice Pelle leather RFID wallet here. Soft leather, and the crazy colour orange. I guess I am thinking forward to spring. A great $47.00 price tag.The employee was talkative, friendly, helpful, and nice. Working with customers is her right type of work. It was obvious to me that she loves her job. I would definitely recommend shopping here.Bentley stores always have a large selection of good quality products at reasonable prices.

The woman that assisted me went out of her way to make sure I got something that worked for me.Not only did she help me get something that worked for me, she made sure I got the best deal possible which I greatly appreciated.She also pointed out what was genuine leather and what was vegan leather. Overall a great experience and I would recommend it to others
