Physical Edge Physiotherapy

I have been using the same physiotherapist at Physical Edge for 10 years now. I have 2 or 3 issues a year where I need therapy for my back or neck.I call the physiotherapist I use my miracle worker, because she always gets me back into shape quickly.I highly recommend Physical Edge to everyone.

Once again the physical edge staff met my needs (patella injury) and I strongly recommend Arthur as your therapist. Very knowledgeable and after 2 sessions, he got my 71 year old knee functioning at a much younger age for my power walks. Thanks again

I had bilateral knee replacement in November and Arthur Pamplona was the therapist I worked with. As a relatively young person, my goals for the new knees were very ambitious. I wanted to return to all my favourite sports: snowboarding, kiteboarding, cycling, golf and hiking. I am pleased to report that thanks to Arthur's work, I have made a complete recovery in about 3 months which is way ahead of schedule. He did an amazing job of strengthening and stabilizing my new knees. I followed his advice to the letter and could not be more pleased. In my final session with him, he had me running on a treadmill which I had not been able to do for more than 5 years.Thanks Arthur

Physical Edge Physiotherapy has been incredibly helpful to me over many years ... first after a rear-end collision when I needed help with my neck/back and most recently after a knee injury. Nancy Botting and her team (including the administrative staff, physiotherapists, massage therapists, etc.) are amazing. They are highly skilled, very professional, and both warm and welcoming. I've consistently had great results!

I have been going to Physical Edge for almost 10 years now and have always received excellent physiotherapy care for my various knee issues before and after recent surgery. The physiotherapists and administrative staff are professional, knowledgeable, helpful and very caring - especially Jane (physiotherapist). She has been treating me on and off the last few years and have always been successful in helping alleviate my knee pain and mobility. She takes time to answer any questions I have, listens carefully and treats me accordingly. She also provides me with various strengthening exercises/diagrams (modified as necessary) to do daily at home in between appointments. I highly recommend Physical Edge.

Nancy Botting has been an exceptionally strong influence in seeing me through, both knees being completely replaced, and a very difficult lumbar fusion of my spine. She, and each one of her staff, are well proven, professional, efficient, cooperative, physiotherapists.I have 100% trust in her, and I fully respect each member of her staff. Each and everyone of the staff are caring, kind professionals handing a complete array of needs, from sports medicine, to needs such as mine.I have absolutely no hesitation in providing a referral to this clinic and it's staff. Indeed, I have refereed over 10 clients, over the years, and have received only 100% satisfaction comments back. They in turn, have all referred others.

I live a very active life and on occasion injure myself and Physical Edge has always been there to fix me up and allow me to get back out there. I find them to be very professional, very knowledgeable and very compassionate. I have always found that there primary goal has always been to get me back out there as soon as I am ready . My injuries have been too numerous to mention over the years but each one had a positive outcome because of Physical Edge.

The team at Physical Edge helped me work through a shoulder issue that had been persisting for over a year. I’m feeling so much better than I have in a long time thanks to Dr. Arthur Pamplona.I tried several qualified and unqualified experts to cure it without success. I am lucky to have found a great physiotherapist Arthur. He is extremely knowledgeable and always took the time to discuss things with me and answer my questions. He also spends time to check in and see how you are progressing between treatments.I am physically active ,every time something pops up I see Arthur, whatever the issue I am able to have a full recovery with Arthur’s treatments.I can honestly say Arthur is the best physiotherapist that I have had the pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, I have had 5 accidents and 5 fractures, varying in seriousness, in the last 5 years. FORTUNATELY, a friend of Nancy's pointed me to Physical Edge.Each time, I have come away amazed, and so grateful for their skill and knowledge in making me well again, and also lifting my spirits with their positivity while my active life was on hold. Sports massage and acupuncture are two other miracles I have also experienced at Physical Edge!From the moment you enter, you are made to feel at home with the friendliness of all the staff.5 stars is not enough!

I rarely write reviews, but Physical Edge has provided truly 5 star treatment for me. Over the last year I have seen Nancy for physiotherapy and Arthur for shockwave treatment, both highly professional, skilled at tailoring the treatments required, and very nice people. If you know anything of Brazilian football your time with Arthur will fly by!
